With every project we strive for perfect craftsmanship, progressive design and reimagined concepts of space. This is the foundation for unparalleled living spaces for our customers — some of which are so unique that they receive a special distinction.

Two of our past projects were recently recognized and honored at the Best of Interior 2022 Awards sponsored by the Callwey Verlag.

The jury rewarded an acknowledgment for the 250-year-old farm, which we modernized last year in many steps. This building in need of renovation was transformed into a year-round domicile through the use of old pine wood and the respectful approach to the long history of the house. The conversion of the attic, formerly used as a storage room, created additional living space that fits perfectly into the modern yet tradition-conscious interior concept. This project received an acknowledgment at the Best of Interior 2022 Awards for its holistic approach and excellence in craftsmanship.

The Pförtner Penthouse was awarded with the first price. A unique location, which we have transformed from its dusty past into modern times over the course of a long process. An old industrial building in Hausham was gutted and during this process, a brutalist-looking superstructure was placed on the house. This architectural addition created a modern penthouse that bridges the gap between the industrial building steeped in history and modern residential design with minimalist elegance. Thanks to the surrounding terrace and the fantastic location between Tegernsee and Schliersee, the Pförtner Penthouse offers not only an inviting living space, but at the same time an incomparable panorama with a far-reaching view of the great outdoors.

We are proud of these two acknowledgments of our work and want to thank everyone involved for making these unique creations possible.
