The ZUH – Space for warmth and precision

The ZUH shows how materials and technology become a harmonious unit: The floor substructure made of lava stone, ash wood and underfloor heating creates warmth and tranquillity. Acoustic panels made of fir provide clear, natural room acoustics, while the precise lighting with spotlights from Bechter and One A perfectly highlights every corner. The result is a place that combines aesthetics and function – well thought-out, natural and masterfully crafted.

The extension – Space for progress and community

The new extension provides space for innovation and efficiency: the panel saw and edge banding machine optimize processes, while mobile workstations and a sophisticated ceiling rail system with electricity, compressed air and extraction ensure flexibility.  At the same time, we are sending out a clear signal for sustainability: since December, Plant 2 has also been operated completely without fossil fuels. The new combined heat and power plant is in operation and supplies the workshops with efficient and environmentally friendly energy - another milestone on our path to a more sustainable future. In addition, our plant filling station uses HVO100, which reduces CO₂ emissions by up to 90 %. We are also breaking new ground with our materials: with the OrganicBoard Pure P2 made from 100% recycled wood and formaldehyde-free, biogenic glue, we trust in sustainable materials.  The extension not only creates space and efficiency, but also stands for progress in craftsmanship with responsibility.
