We personally presented the creative journey behind it and the finished result to our customers, partners, employees and friends of the business at our joinery workshop on the evening of Tuesday, 19 November.

During the development process, we ended up intensely engaging with the questions of who we are, how we work, what we offer, and what topics are important to us: home, craftsmanship, team spirit, as well as design, ecology and quality.

Using different visualisation techniques on the evening of the presentation, we sought to build a bridge between the physical world – wood, craftsmanship, people – and the digital world – images, colours, forms. In this context, we presented original draughts from the text-development stage, as well as working materials, flip charts and hand-drawn illustrations. Detailed designs, photo prints and images displayed via overhead projector complemented the small exhibition and led us up to the point of projecting the website onto the screen.

This created a warm ambience in the atmospherically candlelit workshop, a space for interesting encounters and inspiring talks over tasty snacks from the Kramer Lad’l shop in Rottach-Egern.

The guests stayed for a long time. In our joinery. Because that’s where we come from. And that’s where we’ll stay.
