Four people. One passion.

The future of the craft is in the hands of apprentices. That is why all craft training companies look forward to the time of year when they can welcome new apprentices. EHAM is also excited that four young and upcoming talents have decided to add to our team with their drive, curiosity and willingness to learn.

Workshop manager Dominik Würz from the EHAM team welcomed Tiffanie Vogelhuber, Marlies Ertl, Laurenz Haltmair and Maximilian Schaumburg as part of the introductory week at EHAM. During these first days, the apprentices get to know the team, the workshop and the nature-centric approach of EHAM. Each apprentice creates their own toolbox during introductory week in order to familiarize themselves with all the machines and the basic work sequences. This generates an initial sense of precise and efficient workflows in a large workshop.

Tiffanie, Marlies, Laurenz and Maximilian will become an integral part of our team over the coming months. Through a variety of projects, they will develop a high standard for their work and learn the value of holistic joinery. Regional woods next to 200 year old oak planks. Modern designer furniture next to traditional pieces. In the next two years, the apprentices will discover the diversity of craftsmanship up close, which is put into practice every single day at EHAM.

We are looking forward to our time together and wish our new apprentices the best for all their projects.
